Please see the attached images. The section area of AS family table Vs CAD file is not same for SHS 30 X 30 X 2.

Any one in the team can explain ?

Your question is titled mass but asked about section area?

Anyway, the section area is the same as CC, just rounded slightly.

The area given in your first image (214,126.5 mm²) is the entire surface area of the part: inner surface, outer surface, and both ends. The area given in the family table is the section area. As @SharkDesign illustrated, this is correct, but rounded to the nearest mm².

Also, for what it's worth, the values in the family table are entered by the creator of the table, not calculated by Inventor, so they are only as accurate as the table creator made them.
