Wrong insert component from content center.

Good morning,

i have detected a problem when inserting a UNI5923 content center component on holes created via sketch and hole command.
The first insertion is correct, if i use the option to detect similar holes, the ISO5923 component is inserted incorrectly.

If insert one element at time, the problem does not occur.

Have you tried to use other hole as the first input?

yes i tried to use other holes, on the selected hole it is inserted correctly, on the others incorrectly.

Hi Bruno,

The "correct" one is an elusion. The results are actually identical. Only the axial mates, not the inserts, were created. You will need to select "Insert" when doing auto-drop. Otherwise, the nuts are allowed to move along the mating axis.

I don't agree about the position,
the first inserted element is oriented correctly, the others are mounted the other way around as you can see in the image.

I agree that only the axial constraint is put and the objects can slide out.
But where do I find the insert option in the auto drop?
With this element, doesn't it behave like the screws that are inserted on the axis and also blocked?

It's not a solution, but maybe a workaround, place the first one in the opposite direction, the subsequent ones will be placed in the correct position, then edit the axial constraint of the original one?

Yes,

If i position it on the opposite side, everything works.

But then i have to modify each axial constraint for each element.

I don't understand why the positioning on the side I need doesn't work properly.
If I insert a screw it works.

Hi! Many thanks to @damian.lewczyk for sharing the article and the defect ID (INVGEN-76570)! The latest status shows that the particular defect has been fixed on 2025.1 update. If you are on 2025, please install 2025.1.2 update. I don't think this particular fix is available in 2024.x updates. The fix may not be portable. If you want the fix in 2024, Damian can help escalate it.

Thanks and sorry for the delay in responding.
I understand that there is a hotfix for 2025, but I think there are still many customers using Inventor 2024.
Would it be possible to have a hotfix for this?
