Spring Animation with Inventor. Can I visually simulate the compression/release of a spring?

I am brand new to 3D modeling and design. I am trying to place a spring within a cylinder. It always mates askew from the center point. But due to the request of the project manager. I need to animate the assembly. Can I create a spring that I can visually simulate its movement within the assembly?

Can you Attach your assembly here (or at least the spring)?

There is an easier technique using Animate Parameter.

JD I watched your video on creating the spring do you have one that shows how to animate it. You have peaked my interest as this looks to be much easier than I have been doing.
