I usually don't have issues with sketches and extrusions on flat patterns. Why is this part (steam bottom pan) giving me issues? The error is: "Constraint to unresolved reference geometry". It means Inventor lost track of the edge midpoints which are constrained to the circle centers. This is wrong but the defect is geometry specific, which can be difficult to resolve.
