      <title>Cannot start 3ds max 2017</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After I installed 3ds max 2017, I was not able to start it but just got this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We cannot do "Lazy Loading"(in Japanese:"遅延ローディング") with the plugin dll &amp;lt;C:\ProgramFiles\Autodesk\3ds Max 2017\stdplugs\EditPatch.dlm&amp;gt;, which is marked for Lazy Loading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reason:&amp;nbsp;An action table is included in the class &amp;lt;edit&amp;nbsp;spline&amp;gt;. We cannot do Lazy Loading with the plugin which expose the action table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed the Japanese version, so I got this message in Japanese. I am afraid my translation&amp;nbsp;may be&amp;nbsp;hard to understand. &lt;P&gt;Hello. I would get a fresh download first. Then uninstall and uninstall using the msfixit uninstall tool:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Uninstall using this tool. Then I would uninstall the Microsoft C++ redistributables from the machine, there will be multiple. Then install the software and these will be placed back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually an uninstall and reinstall will fix issues like this one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
