Cannot install 3ds max

Hi, so I've tried multiple ways of installing the program, but every single time I try it says cannot install framework 4.6.

My computer already has .net framework 4.6, and I have maya installed etc.

Here is the error log.

Try reboot pc and repeat installation: http://area.autodesk.com/blogs/max-station/n316-if-3ds-max-2017-doesn039t-want-to-install
