&lt;P&gt;I would do the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; That you have full admin rights to your PC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Your video card driver version is the latest.&amp;nbsp; Do not rely on Windows telling you it is..&amp;nbsp; Go directly the Vendor's web site.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Clean out your personal temp (%temp%) folder.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Good luck and report back on your progress.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This should help get your application working. Assuming you have a valid serial number/contract.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; Close the application&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;-&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/installation-activation-licensing/get-ready/remove-products/clean-uninstall" target="_blank"&gt;Clean Uninstall&lt;/A&gt; of the program&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-Update your System (Windows &amp;amp; Java)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-Temporarily disable your antivirus &amp;amp; firewall&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;-Locate the download folder and extract (double click) part _001_00&lt;I&gt;X&lt;/I&gt;.sfx.exe. If you have a permission issue right click and select,&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;Run as administrator.&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-Files will be directed to C:\Autodesk&lt;/P&gt;

It does the scanning and gives a message, when the "ok" the message disappears and does no other action. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;-Repair the items listed in your Control Panel &amp;gt; sort by "Installed On"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;x64 &amp;amp; x86&amp;nbsp;Microsoft&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Redistributable&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2010 SP1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2012 UPD4&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2013&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2015&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
