    <description>&lt;P&gt;My account has been blocked from what it appears to be an autorenewal for Autocad LT somehow not rolling out correctly.&amp;nbsp; The result has been my users and subscriptions for my 4x AEC collections also being blocked.&amp;nbsp; 7hrs later I still don't have my account reviewed.&amp;nbsp; Surely a simple button push by someone could unblock my account so that I can continue to use my overpriced subscriptions?&amp;nbsp; How long is high priority in the minds of Autodesk?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
