    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issues. I am a one man office, no network needed. I've tried installing it both ways and for the network option its asking me questions I have no idea how to answer. On my old computer it was a simple installation and started working right away, now I'm locked out of it and can't access it at all. Trying to get help from Autodesk is impossible, I just want to talk to someone and instead have to navigate a website that points you in every direction except for the simplest option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Autodesk Education Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to activate AutoCAD but get this error. Am I doing something wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Error.png" style="width: 705px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/316978i6F72C6CBA810CDB8/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Error.png" alt="Error.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, when mailing via the Contact Customer Support link, the response from the mailserver is : Mailbox Full.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello ict&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It looks like you are receiving Error 123 - "The serial number you entered is not valid for the product you are trying to activate."

&lt;P&gt;You're trying to install the software as a Standalone version. Instead, you need to install as a Network version because that's what your serial number was created for...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
