Hello, have a bit of a problem.

What i did:

removed licence manager and installed newes. Entered all details, started server, checked it, got log like so:

I tried to remake lic file, entered name by host, by IP. Always same error when i try to start AutoCAD 2016. Could you help me solve it?

Because i have already used i think all solutions that found. Thank you.

Users work locally on server, where AutoCAD is installed, so i doubt the ports are problems.

Disabled firewall, added port on incoming connection :

lmgrd.exe needs INCOMING TCP ports 27000 to 27009.
adskflex.exe needs 2080.

Also allow these .exe throught firewall. Same problem.

Is this a Citrix Environment? If not this is not supported by the license manager and/or Autodesk. Meaning you are unable to run a network version of an Autodesk application on a server.

No, this is not Citrix Enviroment. Server 2012R2, which is licence server.

Why do you mean we cannot use it, and how we did it untill few days ago, somebody, changed IP on this server? After that, this thing started to happen.

I requested new lic file, with new IP address. Users connect by RemoteAPP, that starting only AutoCAD application.

Now we have to install AutoCAD application on users PC and forward it to look licence on this server?

Sorry if my message was unclear.. Meaning I was thinking this configuration its against Autodesk Licensing agreement but let me tag @scott_baker for his input. Granted it may have worked but it also may go against the licensing aspect.

Hm.. I wonder why it can be against regulations? I mean it is still network licence and only one user at a time can use AutoCAD.

I think there is no difference, if AutoCAD is installed on one PC(server) and licence PC (server) on another or both things work from one PC (server).

Same licence conditions are applied. For this condition, only one user can work with software, another can only inform another users, that he wants to work with software.

Provided the solution is not hosted off-premise, this should be fine however may not be supported depending on the remote solution being used.

I was previously only referring to the legality of running it on the server. From a technical perspective, trying setting the ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE environment variable to the loopback adapter address (@127.0.0.1) of the server using the information in the article below.

You are trying to launch AutoCAD 2016, but your license file only has 2017. Are you not under Subscription with a Subscription license that allows 2016, 2015, and 2014? I don't see them listed in the debug log. Verify in your actual license file. Otherwise download and install AutoCAD 2017.

That was actually the problem, overlooked it. Checked licence and saw, that now, we have licence for 2017 version and not 2016.

Downloaded 2017 and all started working.
