Help with activation

Hello everyone, I am trying to activate, but it is does not working..

when I press on the second option, I try to enter any code I recieve in the email, but nothing works:

And when I try to press the first option, an internet activition, I get error:

I whould like to get help, THX!

If this is a new install of a new version you need to use the first option. Unless you provided a lot of information to AutoCAD IE: your PC Mac address, computer name, network info etc. The activation code from another PC or version does not work. Have you contacted your reseller?

This is like that since the first install, I downloaded the Autocad to students, who do I need to contact with?

Try posting in this forum and provide as much information as you can on the version of AutoCAD and you computer spec and OS.

Hello @Anonymous,

The first option is if you have a connection to the internet to validate your license. Otherwise, you can use the second option if you do not have access to the internet, but you will have to get an activation code to activate.

To request an activation code go to registeronce.autodesk.com online.

I hope you were able to activate your software. I see that you mentioned you were a student. Please review the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software if you continue to have a issue.
