That's crucial in determining the root cause of a failed installation. At this point we can only speculate what the issue is.. So post your &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Location-of-the-log-files-generated-by-the-installation-of-an-Autodesk-product.html" target="_blank"&gt;installation log&lt;/A&gt; file if you are still having an issue. If you do end up posting your installation log file, make sure to review it first to ensure there's no personal information such as your serial # in it.&amp;nbsp; Personal information such as your serial # should never be shared here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I wanted to check-in with you, I hope you were able to resolve the issue installing Revit 2018 with a Browser Download. If you still have an issue&amp;nbsp;please provide an install&amp;nbsp;log.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;You can do this by going to the Windows Start &amp;gt; type Run in the search box (shortcut Win.key+R) and typing %TEMP%&amp;nbsp;into the box and clicking OK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sort by Date or Name and find the Autodesk product and save the installation .log file.&amp;nbsp;Please attach this log file to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will help us determine the possible issue preventing&amp;nbsp;you from installing your software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
