      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i want to start content explorer in autocad 2016.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get this error messages:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection &amp;nbsp;request refused by computer (local host) "see attachment"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i look in services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not start Autodesk content servises.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get this error messages: error 1053&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can i fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is your AutoCAD fully updated with hotfixes, service packs, etc?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you checked your Windows Event log to see if there are messages at startup that indicate why it is failing to start?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you running as a full local admin on your machine?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
