Please announce if you will no longer provide free education license

I have been using Fusion360 for many years and learned how to design in 3D with this software. In this regard, first of all, I would like to thank AutoDesk for providing this facility for free for years. Recently, when I opened Fusion360, I realized that my license had expired. Like every year, I wanted to fill out the form on AutoDesk's website for renewal and request a renewal. I used the provided link to verify my educational use. The form did not recognize my University's name and directed me to SheerID page. I found my University's name using URL in SheerId (which indicates it's eligible), copied that name as directed, and pasted it into the first form. But the AutoDesk form still doesn't recognize my school's name. Upon checking, I realized that the form field also did not recognize any other institutions I tried (Harvard, Stanford, and many others).

Thinking that it might be due to SheerID, I contacted them and explained my situation. After several emails and suggestions (clearing cache, browser change), they informed me that the problem could not be fixed by them and asked me to contact AutoDesk. I wrote an e-mail to the relevant unit of AutoDesk but did not receive any response.

AutoDesk has provided this service for free for years, and I would still be grateful even if it announced that it would no longer be so. As far as I can see from other forum posts, similar problems have been experienced by others.
I lost a lot of time on this. If AutoDesk will no longer provide free education licenses, it will save people's time to say so.

I have many designs in my account and I'd be happy to keep using Fusion. But it's ok if AutoDesk won't provide an educational license anymore.

@can.akcinar, No. Autodesk has not stopped Free Educational Licenses.

You can see an option to add your school/university if it's not showing.

Do so, and once it get's added, you can continue with educational access.

In the meantime, you can use Free 30-days trial.

Autodesk has issues with their verification process

all can you do is contact Autodesk directly: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

Thak you for your message, sorry, but I got the impression that you didn't read my message. I already tried your suggestion and the institution I work for is eligible according to SheerId. However, the AutoDesk form neither recognize my school, nor others.

@can.akcinar, I have gone through your post.

But Your institution might be eligible, but not added on Autodesk server. So maybe SheerID told you to contact Autodesk to add it.

And that's what I told above that there should be an option to add your institution.

Once it's added, you can access Free 1 Year Educational Access.

Autodesk is still providing education licenses; however, we are aware of an issue with the institution lists appearing empty during verification. Please reach out to educational support, who can resolve this issue,

I really thank you for your explanation. Hearing that it was a known issue gave me hope for a solution. I initially wrote an email to educational support, no solution yet, but I got two "Did we solve CaseNo:20026638" emails.

I trust AutoDesk, I will patiently wait for a solution.

I've tried this many times using the private/incognito modes of Chrome, Safari, Brave, and Opera. Now I tried again hoping it has changed, still the same.

Not hearing others having this issue ...

Have you tried a different PC / internet connect etc .. Maybe go to the school and try.

Could be something is getting blocked ( People are signing up daily .. all day .. not hearing of any issues like you're reporting )

I finally did it. I change my previous university email address with another one. Then I created a new account with my university email and went to the eligibility page, and my school name appeared in the field. I shared the design folder on my previous accout to the new one, so I can see my previous designs.
