Hi Andy,

I have had this before for a number of my customers.

Although there is nothing that can be done in this instance to identify who it was you can prevent unauthorised activations in the future.

Raise a support case with autodesk through accounts.autodesk.com. What Autodesk can do is add an extra layer of security for activations where all future activations have to be authorised first. I can't quiet remember how it works but if any staff have given out your serial number it will stop any tom, **** and harry from using it without going through the contract manager first. I suspect it will need an activation code but it's been a while since I've seen this.

Hope this helps,

Well you got lucky..

Never and I mean never share your personal information here such as your serial # in any form (text, images, log files and etc).. This is a world wide user/public forum...

You came here concerned that you are in charge of your licenses and don't know who is activating your product. You should be concerned if no one in your organization has a machine named PC. Do you allow people to install the application at home?

Anyhow if you start sharing your serial # here (yes it was caught) others can take that and use it which could lead to these type of situation. So take my warning and be careful the next time.
