Download and install per:

1. Access the Autodesk Virtual Agent and follow the download links to your product.

2. Download all of the parts (some applications only have a single part to download) for your product first. Do not continue until all of the parts have fully downloaded.
3. Navigate to your download folder location and extract (double click) part _001_00X.sfx.exe (or the single file download).
4. In a few seconds the extraction will start and prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk.
5. Once the extraction is finished, the installation will automatically start.
6. Follow the installation steps for your product

However if the installation does fail using this method, please post your installation log file here so we can review it. Posting info: Sometimes installation log files contain personal information such as your serial #. Prior to posting your log file please make sure to remove such info.

Good luck on your installation and report back on your progress.

2. Scarica tutte le parti (alcune applicazioni hanno solo una singola parte da scaricare) per il tuo prodotto in primo luogo. Non continuare finché tutte le parti non siano state completamente scaricate.
3. Passare alla posizione della cartella di download e estrarre (doppio clic) la parte _001_00X.sfx.exe (o il singolo file di download).
4. In pochi secondi l'estrazione verrà avviata e richiede di estrarre a C: \ Autodesk.
5. Una volta terminata l'estrazione, l'installazione verrà avviata automaticamente.
6. Seguire le fasi di installazione del prodotto

Tuttavia se l'installazione non è riuscita usando questo metodo, inviate qui il file di registro di installazione in modo da poterli rivedere. Informazioni di pubblicazione: talvolta i file di registro di installazione contengono informazioni personali come il tuo serial #. Prima di inviare il tuo file di registro, assicuratevi di rimuovere tali informazioni.

What are you trying to accomplish? If you are talking about the link to the (original) Autodesk Virtual Agent, well Autodesk decommission it.

There's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine. Please review this article and the solution it provides.

Welcome.

Just to add to the information provided, if you are using a Download Now or Install Now you want to try a more effective method called "Browser Download" just in case. You also should prepare your system for download and installation to avoid an issue. Please run through the steps below:

Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation attempts & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
Reboot the computer & log in as Administrator
Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account or via the AVA | Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)

Your installation is simply failing due to the method you're using

There's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine. Please review this article and the solution it provides.

If the installation does fail using the preferred methods, please post your installation log file here so we can review it.

Posting info: Sometimes the installation log file contains the serial # that was assigned to you. Open your log file using Windows Notepad and perform a search on "/SN". Depending on the number of installation attempts, your serial # may be located throughout the log file. If present, remove or "X" out your serial # prior to posting.
