You should check the product listed in your account and make sure you select the correct year. You should be entitled to whatever&amp;nbsp;product was purchased and available at the time your subscription ended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you select a different year, it may give you the correct download. Certainly you can use the virtual agent to just grab the download,&amp;nbsp;and if you need an activation, you can follow the link on the right-side of the screen to get the proper activation.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>installing autocad on new computer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sir,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had a subscription till 2015.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;now I want to install my (paid for) autodesk products on a new computer (not an extra computer).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;but I do not find my autodesk products in my autodesk account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;my autodesk account only shows free versions and not the paid for ones.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;can you please solve this for me ?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Secondly this is mainly a peer to peer network and we have no access to your Autodesk Account..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All I can say..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you are using the correct credentials to view the account that was associated to your maintenance plan back in 2015.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Use a browser like Firefox or Chrome&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Clean out your broswer cache and history.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; You can download your products from the &lt;A href="http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&amp;amp;businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk&amp;amp;startContext=Root.Front%20Desk" target="_blank"&gt;Autodesk Virtual Agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Chat with an Autodesk Agent &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/autodesk-account-management/contract-dates-and-supported-products" target="_blank"&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;here&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&lt;/A&gt; regarding your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One more thing..&amp;nbsp; When you subscription expired in 2015 you can only use the released product at that time.&amp;nbsp; So if the 2016 version was out, you are only entitled to that version.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
