Error "the serial number you entered is not valid" while activate previous ver

our customer have AEC collection 2017

then they request previous version of ACAD2015

they try to activate but error happen? (It s 1st time activate)

how to fix it?

It looks like you're getting an "Invalid Serial Number” message or having trouble with your product key while trying to register and activate your Autodesk software. The following article(s) should help you resolve the problem:

And check Error: "Invalid serial number" (standalone activation)

For product key information: Finding Serial Numbers & Product Keys

If you’re having an issue with your product key, please make sure that you are using the correct one for your product (especially if your product comes from a suite). Finally, you should type then numbers and letters in. We do not recommend copy/paste.

Serial number and product key are correct. Our customer figure maybe AEC collection will activate by sign in account but previous version is not.

Hello @Anonymous,

Sorry for the inconvenience, make sure you are using the Serial Number for the AEC collection. Also, make sure you are using the proper Product Key AutoCAD 2015 001G1. Type the serial number & product key do not copy/paste.

our customer able to activate their by now. I don't know what is solution. thank you
