&lt;DIV&gt;Note: It may be necessary to consult with a system administrator to perform the below steps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Warning:&lt;BR /&gt;Problems caused by improperly editing the Windows registry could render the computer operating system unusable.       <description>&lt;P&gt;In the location where you extracted the install files, do a search for all .msi files and see if the missing file is listed. If not, the downloaded files are either incomplete of corrupt. In that case, download the install files again. If the files IS listed, then open the location of the file, copy the path and use that path when the 'browse for file' windows pops up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
