why I get this message "Error, unexpected Exeption. Code RE3100, Exiting" when i start to open "Recap"?

Welcome back. This error is associated with an unsupported launch issue, you can reboot the computer and/or repair the Visual C++ on your computer. Please review this article Error, unexpected Exeption. Code RE3100 for more information.

Unless @natasha.l knows.. I would recommend that you post over in the Recap forum for better traction. Meaning you may get a better results with the actual users of the product.

this process is unutil..... I made all details that you said in this page..... ani I have the same problem

always said... ERROR CODE 3100

the next process will be put a bomb in my laptop

Hi,

Is there any way to set up ReCap to not check the C:\Users\xxxxxxxxx folder?

Because I have a lot of stuff in my account's folder, so I really don't want to rename it, and I don't want to create another account just for ReCap. So I'm curious if there is any method to keep my account as it is, (which indeed includes some unusual characters) or I have to create another account with English letters?
