Products don't have launch option

Hi,

Hopefully this is the right place to post this. I've installed 3ds Max 2018, Maya 2017, Mudbox 2017, and the only one I can launch from the Autodesk App, is 3ds Max. The others only have a grey-out [installed] box. I can launch the programs from a shortcut on the desktop, but they are inaccessible via the app, what seems to be the issue? I am using the student version for each one.

It's recommended to launch the application from the shortcut on your desktop or from the start menu. You shouldn't be launching the application from the Autodesk Desktop App.

I wanted to check-in with you, I hope you were able to resolve the issue. Did you try to launch the product from the shortcut or from your applications?
