&lt;P&gt;Welcome. If you are having an issue installing Revit 2017 please provide a screenshot or install log.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this by going to the Windows Start &amp;gt; type Run in the search box (shortcut Win.key+R) and typing %TEMP%&amp;nbsp;into the box and clicking OK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: Logs files sometimes contain private information such as serial numbers *SN, please remove this information.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Secondly, Are you a user or an IT person? When troubleshooting installation issues (with any application), it's ALWAYS (Second nature) recommended to disable the Antivirus software. If it was network or internet related then turn off the firewall. That's&amp;nbsp;IT101 right next to "Try rebooting the machine" &amp;amp; "Are you sure the monitor is&amp;nbsp;plugged in" - Sorry couldn't resists&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyvery-happy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyvery-happy" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.png" alt="Smiley Very Happy" title="Smiley Very Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, you may want to try&amp;nbsp;downloading the software from the &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;A href="http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&amp;amp;businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk" target="_blank"&gt;Autodesk Virtual Agent&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;then run the installation.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Once there, use &lt;STRONG&gt;Download Links&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and navigate to the application you need to download.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NOTE: &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;If there are multiple parts for the download, you'll need to click each part to download them, once they are downloaded double-click Part1 (which will automatically extract the remaining parts) to begin the installation.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
