&lt;P&gt;As mentioned by&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous, sending the file in reply to the automated "case creation" notification is a good option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

You can only close a support case.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Google Translator Bei mir ist es der gleiche Vorgang. Man kann nur noch einen Support Fall schließen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue, I found it best to communicate through email as any support communication notifies you In an email that says so and so has added a comment, open the case with only text when support asks for files etc, upload them and send them through email. this has been the easiest way I have found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not found a way to successfully attach files through there support case system &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
