Problem loading acadres.dll resource file after install

I recently tried to launch AutoCAD and got this error "Problem loading acadres.dll resource file" the official support suggests that you uninstall AutoCAD uninstall visual c++ and then reinstall AutoCAD. I completed this but upon reinstalling AutoCAD I got the same error. thanks in advance for the help

What? Do you have a problem with this AutoCAD DLL file? Or something else? Not sure what the images have to do with this posting.
