Invalid Signature Prompt - Collaborate.dll

Every time I open Revit 2017 I receive this error, whether I select Load or Do Not Load. Is there any way to permanently Load or trust the signature?

"Security - Invalid Signature
This signed add-in has a security problem. What do you want to do?
Name: Collaborate
Location: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\A360 Collaboration for Revit 2017\Collaborate.dll

[Load][Do Not Load]"

Hello @Anonymous,

Sorry you are experiencing this issue. This could be a Windows Admin related issue or the addin dll is corrupted. Try the following steps:

Try rebooting the computer
Sign in as Windows Administrator
Locate the DLL indicated in the message
Create a new folder on the desktop called Collaboration for Revit 2017_edited
Copy all files in the Collaboration for Revit 2017 to this folder on the desktop
Delete the Collaboration for Revit 2017 folder
Move the desktop folder "Collaboration for Revit 2017_edited" to the location in the message & rename to remove _edited
Launch the product

Thanks for the suggestion Natasha.

I tired replacing the "A360 Collaboration for Revit 2017" folder from 'C:\Program Files\Autodesk\' on another computer that isn't having any errors. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem.

Any other ideas?

I should also mention I get the same error for these .dll files too:

SkyscraperClientHost.dll
CollaborateDB.dll
SmartMonkey.dll
DynamoRevitVersionSelector.dll
ExportViewSelectorAddin....

Hello @Anonymous,

You mentioned you have another computer that has Revit 2017 installed & there is no error message displayed. This sounds like a permissions system issue, you can try to Sign in as Administrator & checked the permissions to the Program Files folder or Created a New User Account (Full Control user). Lets us know how it goes.

I am already signed in as an Administrator. I reset the permissions on the folder but the errors still occur.

Try Creating a New User Account (Full Control user) & let us know if that worked. The current profile may be corrupted.
