Hi Mark

Problem installing Artcam 2013.

I have Windows 7 x 64

Downloaded and extracted ArtCAM_2013.303.Full.zip

When I click Setup.exe as Administrator I get Message 1

When I double click Setup.exe, I get Message 2

Help please.

Artcam 2013 is a 3 to 4 yr old program. Where did you get this from?

We have a licensed copy of 2013 at our Historical Village and I wanted to use it at home. We have a dongle so I could bring that home and use it once programme installed. Dillon Moulder gave me the download info and I used our dongle number to verify at the Autodesk Customer Downloads Centre.

Problem is I cannot install it.

Hi Mark

I tried rebooting in Safe Mode.

I then get the message regarding X64 etc. when I run as Administrator or normally open.

The message related to "Windows could not find etc." does not appear

It would appear that the version I have downloaded is not x64 but there is no other download choice.

I ran the Compatibility troubleshooter and it came up with incompatible programme.
