Autocad 2017 LT - License

Hi,

I have a problem with AutoCAD software as I need to log in with new license as my trial version had expired.

Please advice how to renew my license as I need to use for job task assigned.

If your license has expired, you will need to purchase a new one. You can check out our purchase option here.

You will need a PC that's never had the trial on it to continue the trial: it will not work on a PC where it expired.

So that's mean my AutoCAD software absolutely can't be used unless we purchase a new license?

Can we download from website & key in accordingly?

I have no idea how to get my AutoCAD work as normal as my admin also can't help much on this.

BTW, below are my snapshot on what needed while open the file...

As mentioned earlier, unfortunately it's not possible to extend the free trial. If you wish to continue after it expires, you may download a new trial on a different computer where AutoCAD has never been installed.

Can you help me to check what actually my AutoCAD issue. Is it my license was expired need to renew a new license or any other issue?

As when I open the software required me to key in the serial number or use a network license.

Have you got a license for AutoCAD LT? I'm not able to locate any license record under your account. If you're running the free trial then it will expire after 30 days.

Not sure what you're trying to accomplish, but you CAN NOT use the trial software for job related task (as you mentioned) without having a valid license. It's against the licensing agreement.

Trials are used to determine if you want to purchase the software or not... Not for actual work, and definitely not in an office setting where the same product (licensed) is being used because your company will be non-compliant and at risk for your misunderstanding should Autodesk run an Audit on your company...

FYI, our company had registered the software before installing.

If the case my only option are to purchase new license to update my software.

Please advice how the procedure to purchase & how's the costing involved as I'm not the one who purchased this software before.

If that is the case, why not enter the serial number your company registered instead of coming here to ask for an extension to the free trial?

Ask your boss or whomever registered the software for the serial number information. No one here can give you that information.
