Verification e-mail is not received.

Hi,

My verification emails are not being sent to my student account wimbleyb@stu.aii.edu. I click on verify email but I do not receive one no matter how many times I click resend. Can someone help me with this issue please

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Since we are only users here we have no way to troubleshoot issues why you are not receiving a verification email from Autodesk. I assume you have checked your junk/spam folder. Can you log into your Autodesk Account and see your information?

Welcome! Educational customers have all the information they need to download, install & activate provided in the educational community account, you do not need the verification email. Please review this post to guide you through the process, Steps for Setting-Up Student Software.

could someone please manually send me a verification link ? none of the troubleshooting steps are working and autodesk support is not reachable due to the sign in asking email verification. thanks a lot
