We have a great article here that can give you some quick easy information on the Activation Loop & how to correct the issue. If you continue to have an issue try a "hard reset" for a deeper cleaning out of the licensing information.

Serial # for what? Very generic question...

Also this is a user based forum and users don't issues other users serial #. Serial #s come directly from Autodesk and are issued to you when you purchase (or subscribe) the product the proper way. Did you do this?
