      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Autodesk team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After installing Sketchbook 2018, when I click in the Enter a Serial Number button the app closes down and nothing else happen. Do you have any report from some else? &lt;P&gt;Do you have full control of C:\Programdata\Autodesk\CLM directory?&amp;nbsp; Is there one there?&amp;nbsp; C:\Programdata is a hidden folder and you may need to adjust your viewing options.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also this a user based forum and its not Autodesk.&amp;nbsp; Just wanted to let you know in case you're thinking you are working with Autodesk directly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mark,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok, nice to know that, I got redirected here from twitter so it is fine, any help is good and welcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed that root and this is what I got.
