AutoCad 2016 Lt Fatal Error after recent window updates

Hi all,

I am using my AutoCad 2016 Lt and having trouble opening files from other people, but opening my own files seems fine. Its very odd. The images below are the fatal error messages that appears and been trying to solve it without any luck. I have reinstall the program several times but its still the same. The files from others were opening fine a month ago and the trouble seems to start after a recent windows updates. It appears there is no updates on the version 2016LT as well.

Any help would be grateful. Thank you

Missing all of the updates, I'd get those installed

I'd also reinstall your C++/NET
