Steps to reproduce
I can't get access to 2D Cad because it won't accept my student status

Expected results
I may be doing it wrong but i fill in all the info and it doesn't work

Actual results
failed to access the item i need

@w1, Is AutoCAD what you are trying to download..??

Also is this the error you are seeing..?? "Apologies for the delay.

If Yes, Try using a different browser and also try using Incognito Mode..!!

If these don't work, contact Educational support and open up a Ticket.

Also, try a different browser .. like Chrome in the Incognito mode and try
