SAML Integration with Google Workspace For Education

Our school district is attempting to establish a SAML connection into Autodesk using this tutorial: http://help.autodesk.com/view/SSOGUIDE/ENU/?guid=SSOGUIDE_Okta_Guide_About_Single_Sign_on_SSO_Set_up_your_connection_Set_up_SSO_with_Google_Cloud_Identity_html

We've completed all the above steps but are encountering the error shown below. After reading through the documentation the likely cause is the field mappings we used. We are using the Employee ID field from google to map to objectGUID, but for most of our accounts we don't really use Employee ID. GPT's suggestion was to use primary email instead... It is unique, but it doesn't seem to work! Any ideas for solutions?

Same here. Our teachers don't have so-called employee IDs so we don't use that field. For our students i put " Student ID: XXXXX" in the employee ID field. I don't use the student ID field because no Google reports will let you pull that field

I am also having the same problem, I have tried all manner of options but am at a loss what to do now. I tried creating a custom field in the directory called objectGUID and then tried a few name ID settings in the SAML app but nothing seems to work. When I click test your connection it just shows 3 fields correctly filled and a problem with objectGUID

Same issue here. We do not use the Employee ID field in Google Admin. With over 10,000 users, I do not have a good way to manage that field. The Google mapping won't let me select email. Any more ideas?

Here is what my settings are in Google Admin and it's working with no issues
