&lt;P&gt;Have you taken a look at the following post &lt;SPAN class="lia-message-read"&gt;&lt;A id="link_2_6b59adbf9bef97_7" class="page-link lia-link-navigation lia-custom-event" href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/steps-for-setting-up-student-software/td-p/6825780" target="_blank"&gt;Steps for Setting-Up Student Software&lt;/A&gt;?&amp;nbsp;Everything you need is provided in your Autodesk Account in 24-48hrs after you created your Educational Community account &amp;amp; selecting the products from the drop downs. You should be able to use your serial number &amp;amp; product key to activate, make sure to be connected to the internet, it is required to validate the license.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>NOT POSSIBLE TO ACTIVATE PRODUCT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all steps to Activate my Autocad and when trying to request the CODE, I choose my account and immediately the following message in red appears:&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for initiating your product activation. The system encountered a problem registering or activating your product. Please submit your registration information to us in a &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;A&gt;Customer Service request&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and an Autodesk representative will contact you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately the link for the Customer Service request does not work I have been unable to find it within Autodesk's website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help on this will be very much appreciated, thank you!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Irma&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello natashal84,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your message. In the end I removed my account and added a new&lt;BR /&gt;one during the activation process and after adding my address all worked&lt;BR /&gt;fine without needing and activation code... Fingers crossed it is all fine&lt;BR /&gt;now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Irma&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
