MAYA 2018 Download

Hello,

Sorry If I am missing something but I am looking to where I can download Maya 2018. I have looked in my account but can only see downloads for Maya 2015- 2017. I have an active subscription so not sure why I don't see the download links?

Any ideas why?

Hi @Anonymous,

This has been fixed. Your active subscriptions have been fulfilled to the 2018 version, and you should now see the license details for Maya 2018 in your account.

Just did a quick check on your Autodesk Account and was able to find Maya 2018 already available there. Can you check once again and let us know if it's still not showing up? Let us know how it goes.

Hello I am also seeming to be having a similar issue here, I have a student subscription and wasn't sure if that was the reason Maya 2018 didn't show up or not. Right now mine is only showing 2017 available

Welcome to the Community!

When it comes to upgrades, Students accounts don't work the same as Subscription accounts. Subscribers are automatically fulfilled to the latest release, which is directly uploaded on their Autodesk Account. On the other hand, Students first need to go to Education Community and request/download the latest release, which will then show in their Autodesk Account.

I am having a horrible time trying to get anywhere in my account. I own a perpetual license to Maya entertainment creation suite and cannot get anyone to tell me where my 2018 software is at. I got an email showing my serial number and product key with a link to the download but when I clicked the link it took me to my account and there was no download for Maya 2018 only things like 360 mobile and iCloud and other stuff not related to Maya 2018. I paid a lot of money for my maintanence package only to be let down one again at the moment of truth... I would really like to start using Maya 2018 if you guys at Autodesk would help... I've put in a couple tickets and sofar I still cannot access the download. PLEASE !!!! Someone make it so I can access 2018... I'm beginning to think that this is another way to force us minority perpetual license holders to buy a subscription instead and that just is not right in my book... I paid $6000. For my license and another $800. For the maintenance package this year... that's a lot of money to not be able to use the product I paid for. Please do something about this in a hurry. By the time I get to use the product 2019 will be ready to download and I'll have to pay another maintenance fee.

I'm having the same issue as others here-- 2018 and 2018.1 don't reliably show up in my account list. Would you be able to apply these to my account, please?

Unfortunately, this is mainly a peer to peer network where users are assisting other users like yourself. We can't access your Autodesk Account and do this. Please chat with an Autodesk Agent >>here<< to have this resolved.

I have 4 licenses for my company.

but the update 1 for 2018 don't appear, on my account,

I have the last update for 2017.

I don’t work for auto desk, but i believe the error is on their side…your information has probably been all jumbled somehow. mine was due to the reseller not entering my information correctly and the submitting it to autodesk incorrectly.
