NLM server

I am trying to install Inventor as a multiuser network install. I have installed NLM, Inventor, and also created the deployment package on the server. However, I think I messed up with the licensing or the NLM. Where it tells me to go for the license file, I am only seeing one entry for Inventor and it is a single standalone 2 computer install. But, the email I received says Multi-user Network server?? So, I am not able to add the license to the server.

Am I looking in the wrong place for the license file? I am not seeing a generate license file in the menu on the left??

No one can read your small/distorted image. Can you provide a better one?

Also are you sure you have the correct contract? Did you ever have standalone license of Inventor? Are you sure you got multi-user license? Are these commercial licenses?

This is an education license and is the first and only one on the server.

And that is where I am a little confused. When looking at my account page online it is showing a different license than the one I received in my email. I signed up for a multi-user network license, but only seeing a single student standalone license on the page. I am not sure if there is a way to reset or remove the license and start over?

I will work on a better picture.

Yes but you shared your serial #.. Don't do that.. I will have the moderator remove the image to protect your info.

Anyhow that's showing a student account. Are you sure you are using the correct educational account? Are you representing the school/college/educational institution? Or are you a student?

Yes, I am representing the school. We are trying to install Inventor into one of our classrooms, but from a server instead of each computer standalone.

I received an email stating it's a multi-user network server with product key and serial number. That is my confusion, why is it stating a standalone student license on the portal page? I am not sure how to fix that, and I think that's why I can't generate a license file to put on the NLM server.

Image clearly shows a student account which do not have access to network license types. Which I would think you are not using the correct account associated to the school's information. There's nothing we as users can do about it if you are 100% sure you are using the correct credentials. You will have to contact the Autodesk Educational Support Team.
