      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I tried installing sketchbook enterprise 2018 under my student license recently but before I even get to the place where I enter the activation code, the application crashes..&lt;BR /&gt;I tried a couple of times and every time it's the same thing.&lt;BR /&gt;Even updated with the hotfix patch under the updates inside the Autodesk app..&lt;BR /&gt;Even reinstalling a few times and rebooting didn't help and I couldn't find any other resource to solve the issue..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have listed some steps to prepare your system for download and installation in case you run into a problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Empty your TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Temporarily disable your Antivirus software&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; Firewall&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Type the Serial # &amp;amp; Product Key do not copy/paste it in the fields, you should get &lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;green check marks next to the fields.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

The program works fine on the free trial option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When click sign in, the program starts as free trial as well. I do have a serial number from the email, but I still cannot use it. I tried everything you advised on this thread and tried re-install numerous time so far.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please assist me on this, thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hey,&lt;BR /&gt;The issue was that the window in the screenshot I attached used to close when clicked on the serial number option, so there was no place to enter the serial code..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But turns out I had the completely wrong application&lt;BR /&gt;With a student license, all you need to do is login with your account into sketchbook.&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know why they provide the link for enterprise version.&lt;BR /&gt;When I contacted the sketchbook support they sent me a link which was on their website already and all I had to do is log in with my account&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks a lot for the help though</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The link you gave me works as a free version, thank you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However I am using it for complex visualisation and need more than 3 layers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I do intend to use a full version. Let's see if there is an actual solution for the program crash thing.&lt;BR /&gt;Other education programs work fine for me, I use Fusion360, Alias Auto studio, flow, etc. never had any problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I think this issue only happens for Sketchbook. If there is no solutions after 30 days, I guess I will just buy a full version (if it still exist)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or maybe sub for yearly. But seeing this issue, I am also hesitant to deal with anything with sketchbook serial number haha.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

"with error The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. (404)."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have the same problem ( Registration with a student account, window surface pro 3, sketchbook for entreprise ). The software keep crashing when i click on Enter a Serial Number. The trial version works, and I do not possess a ID. Exporting and importing the license does not work too. I wish to have the pro features, and this is a major setback.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem for a while. once I click on Enter Serial the application terminate and no window to enter the serial number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is only happens with Sketchbook pro Enterprise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Autodesk fix this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
