i install AutoCAD and when i try to open

program loading and just close. nothing is launch.

AutoCAD 2017 is no longer a current version. If this is a perpetual license, you will need to get Autodesk to give you an activation code. It's not a given that they will allow it. If it's a subscription license, download and run 2025, 24, 23 or 22.
