&lt;P&gt;Just an information only thing..&amp;nbsp; In the future please just attach your image directly to the forum and not attach a word document.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Many of us like myself will not click on certain documents and links to protect our machines from virus, malware and etc that may be embedded in documents.&amp;nbsp; Not say that's what you're doing here, its just for our own protection.&lt;/P&gt;

Could you give me information so I can let our security team know what IPs/ports need opened?&lt;BR /&gt;This is a new AutoCAD LT 2018 installation for one of our executives. I have installed the trial version and just received the serial number but&lt;BR /&gt;have not registered it yet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This error usually will pop-up when you are encountering connectivity issues it can be resolved by configuring the local Firewall/Antivirus/Proxy to allow access to Autodesk web sites&amp;nbsp;described in the Autodesk article provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Upon next launch, if it finds that connection, it resets the 30 day counter.&amp;nbsp; If no connection, the 30 day counter keeps ticking.&amp;nbsp; When you reach the 7 to 10 day mark of your off-line counter, you will be prompted to sign in and you have "X" number of days left.&amp;nbsp; When you reach the 31st day, the product will fail to work until you have signed in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Once the user logs in on a given machine and its activated/authorized, the user should not be required to log in again unless they log out or something happens.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Each user must have its own account and the contract manager/software coordinator for your subscription must assign the use of the product to each Autodesk Account requiring access to the product.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No...&amp;nbsp; This is how a single user subscription works.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There's a network version for LT but you have to subscribe to it by "obtaining" a very large qty of license.&amp;nbsp; The network version doesn't require outside access.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; But you can't trade or swap a single user subscription to multi-user anyway.&amp;nbsp; You would have to start a new contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another option.&amp;nbsp; Start a new contract for the full version of AutoCAD and subscribe to it as a multi-user type license.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a complete un-install then re-installed AutoCAD LT 2018 on the Windows 10&amp;nbsp;laptop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am able to use the&amp;nbsp;software under&amp;nbsp;MY User login.&amp;nbsp; However, when the laptop owner logs on and tries to open it the error is displayed:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Establish an internet connection to continue"&amp;nbsp; "The Autodesk license server can't be found."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am hoping that I don't have to have this high level user log on&amp;nbsp;so&amp;nbsp;it can be installed again under his user ID.&amp;nbsp; He doesn't have&amp;nbsp;admin rights so&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would have to&amp;nbsp;authenticate for the installation.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to get this software to work for ALL Users of a computer?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've opened a case with Autodesk but have not received a reply.&amp;nbsp;We log on here in an Enterprise network environment and group policy disables the possibility of adding Exceptions to the Proxy settings.&amp;nbsp; I've also reviewed the list of Exception URLs that would need to be whitelisted and I don't think that our network security team will be willing to do this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All we need is to be able to use AutoCAD LT 2018 as a standalone product on a computer. We have no need for cloud services and I don't feel that we should be required to provide&amp;nbsp;other information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A little more info...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to use AutoCAD LT with my&amp;nbsp; non-admin user id.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Other (non-admin)&amp;nbsp;users are &lt;U&gt;not&lt;/U&gt; able to use it on the same computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
