      <title>Installation does not Install 3DS Max</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to fix this problem for 8 and a half hours now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To start, I installed the program originally with a path to an external disk I was using (I now know this was a horrible idea). I decided I wanted to move my installation to my computer's C drive instead, but this created even more issues, because I made another mistake and uninstalled the software in the wrong order. This left me with 3 parts of the program that would not uninstall. However, by digging through my files in the command prompt and deleting registry entries I was able to sort of manually remove them. Then I decided to try to reinstall the program on my computer, which failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently, the installer fails to install something called the "Arnold Renderer", and then does not install anything but the Autodesk Desktop App.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Using the installer from Virtual Agent (Gives the same error)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Cleaning up most of the windows registry to remove any references to the external drive (I'm trying to remove all of them but there are quite a lot)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Removing the old files and trying the install again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Installing Arnold Renderer separately&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Installing 3ds max through the Autodesk App&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>That process allowed the program to download and install but now the program will not start, when I double-click or try to launch it from the Autodesk Desktop App it does not do anything. Is it corrupted or something? Thanks</description>

      <description>I found a fie called "Max.log" which shows that there is a licensing error. All of the solutions I see online say to re-install the program, but I just did that. Is there some other issue?</description>
