      <title>2018 Trial</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last week I downloaded the 2018 trial, and today when opening it is saying invalid license?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any thoughts on why I am not getting the (30) day trial?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian Fracasse&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you connected to the internet, at launch you should be connected, for it to validate&amp;nbsp;the licensing?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So make sure you verify&amp;nbsp;you have a good connection &amp;amp; that you have disabled the firewall, antivirus, or &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Meta-licensing.html" target="_blank"&gt;proxy blockage.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I always have an internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the trial just will not open past "checking license" stage when I open the software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I should have a (30) day trial, so this is only day (7)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First make sure you're signed out of the desktop app and A360 (both are located in your Windows system tray&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On your computer, navigate to&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When you start the application, it will prompt you to choose one (that matches your license) of the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Login&lt;/STRONG&gt; - 30 day trial or CLIC (Cloud Based) licenses&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Serial Number&lt;/STRONG&gt; - Students, Standalone and Single-User Term Based activation&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Network&lt;/STRONG&gt; - Network License server for obtaining licenses from a machine on your network&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck and report back on your progress&lt;/P&gt;</description>
