&lt;P&gt;We have tried sending the error report but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No reply or anything that's why i'm here to find other people to help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway i'll post my dump data here in case you need it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You shouldn't share crash reports here.&amp;nbsp; It contains information about you.&amp;nbsp; Although Design Review is free and there's no serial #..&amp;nbsp; It still has personal information regarding your account.&amp;nbsp; I will have the moderator remove these files to protect your information.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There's nothing in the crash report that's pointing to why its crashing..&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Design Review can be flaky at times.&amp;nbsp; Have you performed a clean uninstall of this product?&amp;nbsp; Are you using the 2018 version?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The report is stating its 2017 and 32B but you have a 64B machine.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; One thing that I did notice your video driver is about a year old so I would start there and update it.&amp;nbsp; Can you run Design Review as an administrator?&amp;nbsp; What happens if you create another Windows account, log into Windows and use that to launch Design Review.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Mark,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using the 2018 version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And yes the machine is a 64bits.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clean reinstallation is completed but still not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And yeah we can run as administrator but we have end user using it so we can't give them administrator privileges.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked the NVIDIA Driver and its the same version as mine. &lt;P&gt;Autodesk stop production on Design Review back in the 2013 and finally updated with the 2018 release to support Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I not sure of the coding in these crash reports for Design Review and Autodesk would have to actaully interpret it.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileywink" class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt="Smiley Wink" title="Smiley Wink" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; But I don't see anything in there that points to the actual crash reason.&lt;/P&gt;
