Change of Software coordinator for short term licences.

Hi,

We have 2 AutoCAD Civil 3D licences valid until February 2018. I am currently the administrator but I am leaving the company and must therefore transfer the licences' management to a collegue of mine. How do I do? I have tried the change of Software Coordinator through the "IT Chat" but that did not work.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Follow the steps here. But if you are leaving shouldn't this person really be the new contract admin for your subscription? Meaning no one is around to access your subscription when it comes time it needs to renewed.

Do you have a reseller? If so they can do this for you as well.
