&lt;P&gt;I would start &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Using-the-Autodesk-Prerequisite-Checker.html" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; and see what the checker utility finds out about your machine.&amp;nbsp; In addition if your graphics driver is 5 years old you will have issues in AutoCAD 2016.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Autocad installation stuck on setup initialization</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help! I was unable to install Autocad... I've tried all the version from 2015 to 2018, and none of them can process to the next step.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have win 7 64-bit with Intel Xeon CPU E3-1230 V2, nVidia GTX 550 ti graphic card.&amp;nbsp; Tried all the download method you provided, and the file &lt;SPAN&gt;was downloaded successfully, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;then I extracted it to C:\Autodesk, disable the firewall, antivirus, UAC, clean the TEMP, however, no matter what I've tried, it freeze on "initialization" forever...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Not sure if it because my 5-year-old graphic card got old driver? But some of the newer driver will cause bluescreen to my pc, so I keep stay in older version. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have not install any version of Autocad on this pc before.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reply,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;but when I tried to run the checker, it just crashed and popup exactly same error window as I posted before! I am not sure will graphic card driver cause this too?!&amp;nbsp; Will those dmp file help to figure out this situation? but sadly I don't know how to read the dmp file...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problems with installing Autocad 2018.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i open the setup.exe with administrator rights.
