I understand you are receiving the Error 400 during activation I have listed some steps below you can try, as a last resort, you can contact the educational team on step #4. You need a good connection to the internet free from system security blockages to activate.

Please be sure you try conducting the steps below:

Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
An internet connection is required to sign in and activate, every 30days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software) Adjust your proxy settings, to allow access during the install & first launch, also make sure you have an uninterrupted connection
Review the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software
