    <description>&lt;P&gt;Welcome to Autodesk....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's frustrating with how buggy not only the software is but also their Activation &amp;amp; Registration process is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to activate my expired Maya 2015 license to no avail. Logging in is also giving me an issue saying that I have an invalid user name, password or client certificate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating experience&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently tried installing maya and 3ds max through the education community bit I keep getting license errors when I launch the applications. Then when I try to import my license I get an error on that too. Pls help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you already have the student license, you can re-download 3ds Max&amp;nbsp;from our &lt;A href="http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&amp;amp;businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk&amp;amp;startContext=Root.Front%20Desk#" target="_self"&gt;Virtual Agent&lt;/A&gt; (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Then try the installation again. Hope it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please try the reset license information I provided before, once you finish that then make sure to use the proper serial# &amp;amp; product key and verify it matches the installation screen (type it in, do not copy/paste).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well I've tried every solution so far and none worked. Instead I just have to use the 2018 versions at home, despite using 2017 at college. Hope my files can port over easily&lt;/P&gt;</description>
