    <description>I did what you wrote. But when I start Inventor it is will ask me for a serial number but not for any product key.</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We change form a Product Suite licence to a Collection licence.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the finance department this look great and easy, but...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do I really have to do a complete reinstall of all the products to change a simple thing as a serial number and product key?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the product version is 2017 or 2018 single user subscription you only need to perform a license reset. &amp;nbsp; If multi user just update license file. &amp;nbsp; If pre 2017 version, &amp;nbsp;uninstall/reinstall reqd.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;License reset steps&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please note, folders of C:\Programdata and C:\Users\[Username]\Appdata (listed below) are hidden folders and you may need to adjust your viewing settings.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;With collection, the serial # is based on the number assigned to your collection, product key is for the individual product being activated.&amp;nbsp; Do not use the product key assigned to the collection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm not able to make a screenshot. To get is all to work quickly I just had to uninstall everything and then reinstall.&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe there was some other way, but this was the best solution for me at that time.</description>
