the Autodesk is not working at all

Steps to reproduce
I tried to put my educational license a lot of times during 3 weeks or more and never works its always saying that is problem with the system so please solve this because I really need auto cad for working

Expected results
solve the problem so I get asses to my license

Actual results
nothing I even send a email and nothing

@11049922, Secondly, If this is the error you get, try using a different browser and try using incognito mode. Also try rebooting your system.

If these don't work, contact educational support. https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

If this is not the error you get please share a screenshot of the error..!!

Going to change suggested order:

1) Reboot the PC

2) Use Chrome or Safari in the INCOGNITO mode

3) TYPE in the info don't copy paste it

If that doesn't work, please post here
