Verification is not working

Steps to reproduce
I try to get access to the education plan but got an error that the current verification has some issues. I have attached the screenshot of the page. Please resolve this error.

Expected results
Cannot get access to an education plan, and people will be disappointed?

Actual results
Cannot get access to education plan

@ej1, Try using different browser and try using Incognito mode. Also try rebooting your system.

Going to change the order:

1) Reboot the PC

2) Use Chrome or Safari in the INCOGNITO mode

3) TYPE in the info don't copy paste it

If that doesn't work, please post here
