No Access to Old Email – Need Help Recovering Files

Hello,

I no longer have access to my old email address (icl50378@zzrgg.com), which was associated with my Autodesk account. I would like to recover the files linked to that email or regain access to the account.

I already contacted Autodesk support, and they directed me to this forum so that an expert can assist me further.

Could someone please help me with this issue?

What files are those exactly @csasse1987 ? Explain, elaborate, be detailed about your dire need please.

Hi everyone, the problem is that when I signed up with Autodesk, I used a disposable email (10 minute mail).

Now, thanks to two-factor authentication, I can no longer access my account (I know the email address and password).

I've produced several 3D models for 3D printing in this account, so I just want to access my intellectual property.

Autodesk support said I should post here in the forum, and then they'll definitely help me (I've always wondered how...).

Do you have any idea what I can do now?

Start over? I guess using a disposable e-mail means it will be removed, including all data. You write 10 minutes. I.e. nobody can help you. You could contact zzrgg.com but I doubt they can retrieve your data; otherwise it wouldn't be a disposable account....

Yeah, they lied to you to get you off the phone: no one here is affiliated with your disposable email account and only Autodesk Support can help you gain access if and when they are satisfied you are who you claim to be somehow.

This is a very tough lesson to learn for you, ouch!
